Stayed here for a few nights as a stopover in Bogota- simple check-in and decent facilities. No frills would describe the experience I would say, that said it was a good value for the money we paid. Would stay here again!

When I arrived at the front desk, they charged me the VAT tax and the website said that the amount paid already had VAT included, so it was chaos. And they insisted at the hotel that the website had deceived me. In the end, I had my Spanish passport with me since I have dual nationality and a recent entry into the country and that is why they didn't end up charging me for it. But until the end I would have to pay it.
